cr500r aluminum frame conversion just completed....starting with a Mint 2004 cr250r had original tires and grips still on it the paint on the clutch cover was 100% even the paint is still on the tops of the foot pegs we installed a low hour cr500r engine 1999 year model.. still on original bore.. we installed a new OEM standard size piston and rings, pin, and bearing and new reeds.. also added a pro-circuit pipe and silencer and all new factory plastic. along with new Pirelli tires and Boyesen side covers,, this bike looks showroom .. Any thing showing wear has been replaced.. I have done several of these and have been doing fabrication for 40+ years contact me 714 624 6078 Don....The gen 3 cr250r is the best aluminum frame conversion out there because it was built by Honda for a two stoke and putting the 500 in it does not change the balance.
