This machine gets it’s power from Kubota D1105-E3-UV diesel, overhead valve engine. This 3 cylinder engine has a displacement of 1.123 liters. The engine is a 4 stroke and is kept cool thanks to a liquid cooling system. The engine gets it’s fuel from a tank that can hold up to 30 liters (7.9 US gallons) of diesel.The Kubota RTV1140CPX is very easy to control. This is because it uses a variable hydrostatic transmission system with high and low ranges. This transmission gives the RTV 1140 CPX a top speed of 40 kph (25 mph). Controlling the machine is fairly simple for a number of reasons. One is the fact that the operator has the choice of switching between 2WD and 4WD when he needs more control. Braking on this utility vehicle is done using a wet disc brake.
