RARE! 2013 KTM SM-T 990 SuperMoto Tourer Every year Marc Cook, Editor in Chief at Motorcyclist Magazine, gets an opportunity to ride various motorcycles. In his time as Editor, he's probably ridden hundreds of motorcycles, so it would take a STELLAR motorcycle to get Mr. Cook to plunk down his own hard earned money. He chose the 990 SM-T (Google it)! In my three years on the KTM, I've had nothing but an ear-to-ear grin when riding the bike. Just firing up this beast gets me excited. The thump of the motor creates a visceral response. The fast-revving v-twin motor means Mach 1 is a throttle twist away. It is lightweight so it handles like it is on rails. Stock, this bike is setup wonderfully with WP Suspension, Brembo Brakes, and Marchesini Wheels (owned by Brembo).
