2010 KTM 300. I built this to be the Worlds Lightest Dual Sport Bike less than 199 lbs. $15,000 in modifications. Only 69 hours and 1,400 miles. Titanium Parts include - springs, 1 off FMF exhaust pipe, pegs. Carbon Fiber Parts include - tank, rear frame, skid plate, fork guards, pipe guard. Street legal, license plate, LED turn signals, head light and LED tail light, complete wiring harness from 450 exc. Large desert tank and carbon tank. Engine is stock except for rekluse clutch. Light weight Chain, 2 sprockets, Moto Z tires, vibrationdampers on bars, grip heaters, Q Stealth FMF Silencer, custom brush guards, low profile seat. Too much stuff added I can't remember all of it. I built it 7 years ago with an unlimited budget no expense was spared. One owner. This is the lightest dual sport bike on earth. Have most original parts. The starter and battery have been removed to reduce weight. I have all the starter parts except the starter motor. Starts in one kick. It's so light and nimble it feels like a trials bike or bicycle. Great for single track or just doing whatever. I use to blow off all my 4 stroke buddies with their fat 250 lb. and 275 lb. pig bikes. You will not believe it until you ride it. Currently set up for 160 lb rider. On the starter I have the side case, plastic cover, the gear and some nuts and bolts. I do not have the starter motor. I also have the original rear section with battery box that was replaced with carbon fiber and the battery can be mounted in the carbon fiber rear section. It was last registered in California in 2012. There will be fees due to bring it current or register it in another state.

Hi there. This is an awesome 2003 KTM 300 EXC. California Street Legal !!! No need to worry about green sticker / red sticker this bike can go anywhere anytime. That's right it's street legal. There are 105 hours on the bike. I bought the bike used in 2009 from the original owner who only put 30 hours on it. I love this bike and really do not want to sell it but I don't have the time to ride anymore and all my friends sold their bikes too. Some of the extras I put on are a Scott's steering stabilizer, which is submounted under a BRP triple clamp , which raises the bars higher than the factory. A great feel for trail riding. It has a 2.5 gallon desert tank and a skid plate. Headlight works good. Front turn signals work. I don't have any rear turn signals because I never rode on the street but all the wiring is there. It has a brand new rear Maxxis tire never ridden on. Front tire is still good and I have a extra brand new front tire to go with it. Starts up easy and runs great. Strong power and really fun for desert and trail riding. KTM 300 is one of the most popular off road bikes in the world and I've never seen any other CA street legal KTM 300 so this bike is pretty rare. I'm in Valencia ,CA.

OPTIMISED ENGINE The powerful KTM 300 XC-W engine fitted with 6-speed transmission and electric starter unites an unbeatable 2-Stroke power-to-weight ratio with outstanding performance and responsive handling. AIRBOX The air filter can be quickly replaced without the use of any tools, thanks to an ingenious airbox design guarantees optimum filter protection from flying dirt while creating maximum airflow for high performance. The airbox covers are manufactured in a 2-component process with in-mold graphics. In addition, two extra flaps on the left cover allow it to be secured with bolts if desired. COOLING SYSTEM The proven integrated KTM cooling system routes the coolant from the cylinder head through the frame triangle directly to the aluminum radiators made by WP.
