The 250 XCF-W is powered by a 249cc, 4-Stroke, water-cooled, single cylinder engine. With a cylinder bore of 78 in and stroke of 52.3 in, its motor is oversquare, meaning that the cylinder bore (width) is greater than the stroke (length). This makes the engine more powerful than one of similar displacement with a smaller bore. Electronic ignition makes starting your bike a breeze and ensures a consistent throttle response, and adjustable ignition timing allows you to tune your throttle response to exactly how you want it. ? The 250 XCF-W features a tube (tubular) frame made of chrome molybdenum (cr-mo) and steel. Suspension travel measures 11.81 inches in the front and 13.19 inches in the rear. When it comes to brakes, the 250 XCF-W sports a single floating disc measuring 260 mm in diameter in the front and a single floating disc measuring 220 mm in the rear.
