For sale is this perfect condition Vulcan-S 650 with under 400 miles on the odometer. It came from the factory with the "reduced reach" configuration which makes it more suitable for shorter riders. However, I am 6'1'' and I can ride it comfortably. My wife is 5'4'' and it is perfect for her. This configuration can be easily changed by you, though. It also features the factory with ABS and a rear luggage rack. It has a fresh inspection. Its has been garage kept and never ridden in the rain.
