Style, image and a great value! Windshield, Easy to handle, great on the highway. Kept in garage all winter and under protection for summer. Perfect for a first bike. We bought this bike with my boyfriend because we love motorcycle. We bought it last year, unfortunately, we have to go back to France and sell it. This was a perfect bike for us: a good motorbike to be on as a passenger but also very easy to drive from time to time for me (I passed my driving license last year). Strong, reliable and with pretty nice handling for a cruiser, this motorcycle is an useful bike as well as a perfect pose-machine. The engine boasts an incredibly smooth and consistent delivery of power. Peak torque’s at around 3,000 rpm but it’s sustained throughout the range for loads of satisfying pulling power. At the higher end, it’ll cruise happily at 80mph: perfect for a cruiser. Very strong. this V-twin cruiser is one of the best values in its class. We bought it also for the style. Massive, it’s got all the right bits in all the right places giving a good ride with loads of street presence. And you have not heard the beautiful engine noise!!!! We know the paint is not perfect, but it is a strong motorcycle. As equipment, The Kawasaki VN800 has a very comfortable dual seat and forward pegs give you the look whilst the big, wide bars give you plenty of leverage. The VN has the usual mountains of chrome, fat pipes and tank top instrument panel.

2005 Kawasaki Vulcan 800 Classic, Kawasaki Vulcan 800 Classic - With the pulse of a 805cc V-twin engine, valanced fenders and chrome wire wheels, the Kawasaki Vulcan 800 Classic motorcycle features the style and unlimited customizing potential of its 1500 Classic sibling. The heart of the Vulcan 800 Classic is the 805cc V-twin engine, which features a single-pin crankshaft and a gear-driven balancer to reduce vibration. Finned cylinders and four-valve heads are liquid cooled for optimum thermal control. Concealed automatic cam chain tensioners preserve the engine?s clean lines, while simultaneously allowing maintenance-free, precise cam timing. A spin-on oil filter also helps keep maintenance at a minimum. A 36mm Keihin carburetor equipped with an accelerator pump gives the Vulcan 800 Classic its quick throttle response. To take advantage of the engine?s broad torque curve, the five-speed transmission enhances the strong acceleration and creates a relaxed engine pace at highway speeds. The transmission also features Kawasaki?s exclusive Positive Neutral Finder, which simplifies finding neutral while at a standstill. The single-backbone, double-cradle frame gives the Vulcan 800 Classic stability at highway speeds and maneuverability on city streets. At the rear of the frame, a sleek, triangular steel swingarm and hidden Kawasaki UNI-TRAK linkage rear suspension system provide a smooth ride while maintaining the look of a hard-tail cruiser. Up front, the 41mm fork aids handling and offers a wide stance for the classic cruiser look.
