It is confidence inspiring, yet stylish. Affordable – but all cruiser, from its tear-drop tank to its valanced fenders and chrome wire wheels. The pulse of the Vulcan 800 Classic comes from its rubber-mounted, 805cc, V-twin engine, which features a single-pin crankshaft and a gear-driven balancer to reduce vibration. Finned cylinders and four-valve heads are liquid cooled for optimum thermal control. Concealed automatic cam chain tensioners preserve the engine's clean lines, while simultaneously allowing maintenance-free, precise cam timing. A spin-on oil filter also helps keep maintenance at a minimum. A 36mm Keihin carburetor equipped with an accelerator pump gives the Vulcan 800 Classic its quick throttle response. To take advantage of the engine's broad torque curve, the five-speed transmission enhances the strong acceleration and creates a relaxed engine pace at highway speeds. The transmission also features Kawasaki's exclusive Positive Neutral Finder, which simplifies finding neutral while at a standstill.

I am selling my 2000 Kawasaki Vulcan Classic 800 VN800B Asking $3,300 OBO (cash only, sorry no trades) 805cc V-Twin, Liquid cooled 5 Speed 15,555 miles, will go up as I am still riding it occasionally Harley Davidson Heritage Softail styling Clean and Clear NJ title in my name I have never wrecked or dropped it. (there is a scrape on the brake reservoir from previous owner) I am the 3rd owner of this bike. Way more money invested in the bike than asking price. Very clean and low miles for the year. Regularly serviced (including all detailed records of date/mileage/work done). Very well maintained, runs well and strong. Wife and I used bike for light touring so I always made sure it was running right and reliable. Rust free fuel tank with in-line fuel filter to prevent the jets from getting plugged. Valves adjusted at 6,000 miles and 12,000 miles as per manual. Also will include repair manual with service history. 16,500 milles, front bumper, light bar, full Vulcan windshield, braided clutch and brake handles, Vulcan floor boards, K & N air cleaner, cobra drag pipes, saddle bags, mustang custom seat, Vulcan back seat, rear fender scallop, tank bib, front fork carrier, wire wheels, color turquoises and silver paint is excellent, 2 year old tires, cobra tachometer, new battery. Corroborator re jetted produces 48 hp. Bike was not ridden in winter. This is a classic that has not aged.

Here's a good friend I need to part with. I've never been happier with a bike but I'm gonna be doing very long distances now and need a fully blown tour bike. I'm the second owner of this stone reliable loaded 52K young beauty. Two tone Teal and Silver, Whitewalls, Cobra Boulevard Exhaust, Windshield, Leather Bags, Tank Bib, Heated Grips, Mustang Solo Seat, Crash Bars, Light Kit, Chrome License Plate Frame, Chrome Fender Rails, K&N Reusable Air Filter, Spare Oil Filter. This was my daily commuter and never needed anything other than tires, brakes, battery, and oil changes. It's got plenty of torque for an 800 and accelerates respectably yet still gets about 52mpg.
