Selling my 2008 Kawasaki Vulcan 900 Classic. Great bike I've thoroughly enjoyed it, just want something a little bigger. Has 16,300 miles on it. Oil been changed like clockwork. Has a tear on seat, but doesn't affect the ride at all! Comes with a couple of nice helmets as well. Asking $3,500 OBO. 2009 Vulcan 900 Custom Special Edition. Completely stock with only 1345 miles on it. It has been meticulously maintained from new, and all factory break-in procedures have been followed to the letter. Relevant specifications: 903cc Fuel Injected V-Twin 5-Speed Transmission Belt Drive 64.8" Wheel Base 27" 610 lbs Dry Weight 5.3 Gallon Fuel Capacity This is an fantastic bike to ride. It's big enough to take on a long cruise and not get exhausted, nimble enough (for a cruiser) to flick around in traffic, and low enough that just about anyone can ride it. The main differences between the normal 900 Custom and the Special Edition are mainly cosmetic, but I think that they make a big difference. Most notably is that instead of the garish chrome you typically get on a cruiser, on the Special Edition is a matte graphite finish which makes it stand out and gives the bike a more purposeful look. As mentioned above, this bike is completely stock so you don't have to worry about any weird issues stemming from amateur "upgrades", and has been very well maintained. However, as you can see from the low mileage, I don't get to ride it nearly as often as it deserves, so I'm selling it. I'm asking $4300 which is a very fair price considering the mileage and condition. I was hoping to get some better pictures, but the weather in Fort Smith has been even less predictable than usual.
