Its a 2008 Kawasaki Vulcan Nomad with a 1600cc engine. The Kelley Blue Book Value is $5840 without any extras. This has over $1500 invested in the Fairing and Exhaust alone. I'm moving, and I need to sell my bike quickly. It looks and runs great. It is very powerful and fast. In fact I can't even feel a difference when I add a second rider. It has an en extremely comfortable ride even on long distances. I have never had a single mechanical problem Extras: ** New exhaust- Cobra True dual pipes that are less than a year old ** COC Fairing with two 6" speakers, blue tooth head unit, inputs for USB, Aux cord, DC charging ** Phone Mount- Ram X handlebar mount ** Mustang seats All work/maiteneace was performed at North Ridge Custom Cycles. I have receipts and you are welcome to contact them for any verification. ** New battery- less than a month old ** Full tuneups yearly: One done last month, and one done 1/16. This is an amazing bike that has been kept in amazing condition with all maintenance kept up perfect. It is listed above book value because they cannot take into account all of the modifications and upgrades. Has less than 50K miles (mostly highway miles). 1999 Kawasaki Nomad 1500, 48k miles, excellent condition. As you can see from pics it's been aesthetically modified to resemble a 2011 CVO street glide. Has Cobra pipes, Barons Big Air kit, power commander, and rejetted. Has complete LED light kit. Progressive 444 series rear shocks. Front forks rebuilt when lowers were powder coated. Tires are in great shape. Has driver back rest for long distance riding. This bike is like the ideal girlfriend; reliable, great curves and low maintenance. But alas, the romance is over and I've fallen for another, so I must let her go.....for $3500 OBO.

2007 Vulcan Nomad 1600 with ONLY 17K miles! Always garaged kept, super clean with recent service and new battery. This is a showroom condition Vulcan nomad that is in superb condition in every way. It is midnight black with custom exhaust system which sounds great. Tires are nearly new and all mechanical systems are like new. Bike has many custom features...fairing, lowers, running lights, Cobra exhaust, extra chrome and more. K and N filter. This bike has always been kept in superb condition. It is always kept in the garage with battery tender. I also always use synthetic oil and rear gear oil. I am selling due to back injury and find it hard to ride. This bike deserves an owner who appreciates a super clean used machine. I do have the rear seat and the passenger bar which are just not mounted. 2005 Kawasaki Vulcan 1600 Nomad, Must see this cruiser! - One of Kawasaki?s most popular motorcycles is returning to the lineup for 2005 with a new name and several enhancements that make this leading-edge cruiser even better. The new Vulcan 1600 Nomad retains the elegant style of the Vulcan 1500 Nomad, but features more chrome, enhanced passenger comfort, and the big V-twin engine?s displacement has been boosted to 1,552cc to give it an even keener powerband. Beginning with the Nomad?s V-twin engine, displacement has been increased from 1,470cc to 1,552cc. Combined with new settings for the electronic fuel injection settings, the 1600 Nomad produces extra torque that cruiser riders will appreciate. Other design features carried over from the previous engine include single overhead cams and four valves per cylinder. Hydraulic valve lash adjusters automatically maintain valve clearance for smooth engine performance, reduced noise and reduced maintenance, while automatic cam chain tensioners keep cam timing accurate with virtually no maintenance. The revised Mitsubishi digital fuel injection system feeds each cylinder the appropriate fuel mixture through dual 36mm throttle bodies. A separate intake tract for each throttle body provides smooth engine operation, and the top is each injector contain four small nozzles, with two aimed at each intake valve. A 16-bit electronic control unit (ECU) features programming tailored specifically for the Nomad?s fuel injection system. Using readings from various sensors, it monitors engine coolant temperature, intake air temperature, atmospheric pressure, intake air pressure and throttle position to adjust the amount of fuel injected. Attention to these engineering details provide the 1600 Nomad with the best balance of power and performance, so the rider has an abundance of torque for any riding condition. Other refinements include larger engine mounts and a gear-driven engine counterbalancer to reduce handlebar and floorboard vibration, yet these features do not interfere with the engine?s distinctive V-twin rumble. Also, the 1600 Nomad?s steering has been lightened by reducing the offset of the front fork from 20 to 15mm. The result is that the motorcycle feels more neutral at low speeds, as when maneuvering in parking lots. In addition to its elegant, low-slung chassis, the new 1600 Nomad is endowed with more chrome and comfort features: New chrome engine guards are standard and a new, thicker passenger seat includes a backrest and aluminum grab bars. Plus, new pillion floorboards for the passenger replace the footpegs of the previous model. Combined, these features make long-distance rides more comfortable and pleasurable.
