ABS!!!!   2015 Kawasaki Ninja® ZX -10R ABS 30th Anniversary Simply put, the 2015 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R motorcycle is a champion. It has been a constant fixture on the podium of the World Superbike circuit in recent years as helmed by Kawasaki Racing Team s 2013 World Champion Tom Sykes, consistently proving its liter-class supremacy over the competition. The ZX-10R has also dominated premier road races, with an open-class win at the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb alongside a podium spot in the Isle of Man TT Superstock class. Packed full of racing-inspired advanced electronics and a hair-raising high-output engine, the Ninja ZX-10R is a sophisticated thriller. Features may include: Engine The 998cc in-line four-cylinder engine of the 2015 ZX-10R features linear power delivery leading up to potent peak performance. To make power manageable for racers, peak torque exists higher in the power band so it s easier to accelerate sooner out of a corner. Fed by the Ram Air intake and dual fuel injectors, the 47mm main- and oval sub-throttle valves create refined power delivery. The main injectors contribute to low- and mid-range power, while the secondary injectors supplement high rpm operation. Traction Control The highly sophisticated Sport-Kawasaki Traction Control (S-KTRC) system is inspired by the technology Kawasaki developed while racing in MotoGP. The system monitors throttle position, engine rpm, wheel speed & slippage, and acceleration via data gathered from both wheels. It uses this data to optimize traction and adjust power to the rear wheel to maintain maximum acceleration. A flick of a thumb switch is all it takes to choose between three levels of traction control so you can find a mode that suits your riding style and the conditions of the road.
