This Kawasaki is a pleasure on long or short rides. I've ridden 10 hrs. straight except for fuel stops and gotten off like getting off my couch. I have a less than perfect back and the stock seat is great. I'm 140 lbs. & 5' 6". The bike has forward controls and with the high bars and stock seat is a very comfortable ride. It provides plenty of speed and substantial power. I've run synthetic oil exclusively since the first oil change and I have changed it every 2000 miles (1K,3K,5K,7K,9K,&11K). I try to run ethanol free fuel and when I can't I use a special additive. The baffles have been removed from the exhaust for a better sound. I'm not a fan of cleaning chrome and so I had 5 of the chrome parts repainted with black ceramic paint. I would suggest looking at an advertisement for this bike at the link I've included. Hope this has been helpful. Please do your homework and look up on the internet information specific to the 2007 Kawasaki Custom 900. I think you'll be pleased.
