He rode track on it for a couple years before rebuilding the bottom and top end with OEM parts. He had just finished the rebuild when I purchased it, and I have only put maybe 8 hours on it total. The bike runs and rides great. I added the oversized IMS tank and a FMF q stealth spark arrester. I also have the stock tank and a shorty silencer that I will include in the deal. MPS charges over $2000 for the conversion and that doesn't include the motor or shipping. Runs and rides great. Well Built! I really don't want to sell this bike but I need the cash! This 2006 Kx250F was purchased back in 2008 for $4,200 from an older gentleman that bought the bike to ride with his son but only got the bike out once or twice (less than 10hrs riding). Since then the bike has been taken out to the Mojave desert a couple of times (less than 25hrs riding), but has mainly sat in the garage. I haven't taken the bike out riding in over a year but I do pull out the bike every couple months to top off fluids and run it up the street a couple laps (Last start 11/14/2015). The bike was never raced and never even taken to the track so it is in really good condition, very clean, healthy, and hardly ridden. The bike has Monster Energy/ Pro Circuit graphics with seat cover, new grips, FMF jet up kit (comes with extra jet sizes) and an adjustable main jet (on the fly adjustment knob) The head was port N polished and stock head gasket was replace with a MLS Cometic gasket. 1988 Kawasaki KX250 Dirt bike. Not even broke in yet. I started it rode down the street 1 block and back, then parked it in my garage last week. Have to sell due to health issues.... This Dirtbike was completely disassembled, all paint removed from every part. The frame was repainted with JP1, the sub frame and swingarm are aluminum and have been polished. Each and every nut, bolt, washer, shim, seal, and bearing was inspected, cleaned and if needed replaced. The engine was rebuilt, replacing transmission bearings, main bearings, all seals and gaskets. Replaced clutch with steel plates, installed new cylinder sleeve, new piston, bearing, rod and clips. (Wiseco stock size), polished head. Polished clutch cover. Carburetor rebuilt and has stock jets. Also has Boyesen Reeds. Exhaust pipe is a polished FMF GOLD SERIES with new seals and mounting springs and DG silencer..... Shock and forks rebuilt with all new seals and bushings. . . New wheel bearings, rear fender, fork boots, levers, tire, brakes, bar pad, Renthal Handlebars, grips, decals / graphics, fuel and vent lines, spark plug. New brake fluid, transmission oil, and coolant. Also will include some old parts including a CDI unit and a shop manual and bike decals you can put on. Have over $2000 invested without labor. Up for sale a 1991 kx250 very fast bike carbon wrap body workI am selling it cheap because it needs the carburetor rebuilt or cleaned, I tried to start it today and I couldn't get it going even though it has a new rebuild motor less than 3 hours, my guess is that it needs the carburetor rebuilt or cleaned, it has good compression and it has spark so what ever it is must be a cheap fix I already spent too much money and time on this bike I recently got a street bike so I lost interest on this one. I just want to free up the space its taking in my garage so my loss is your gain.$1200 cash AS ISThe rebuild kit is around $50 for this bike, or worst case scenario $130 for a new complete carburetor but the one that it has right now has been polished along with the reed cage. MOST INDIANA DIRTBIKES THIS OLD DO NOT HAVE TITLES Bill of sale from me and previous owner included. more about it; 1991 kx250 2 stroke fully rebuilt, completely taken apart all ball bearings regreased, new clutch and throttle cables, medium gel grips, new black seat, new filter, carburetor has a polished job on it, polished head dome, polished reed cage, new reeds, new original kick start lever, the engine has been completely cleaned plus rebuilt with wiseco top end and bottom end new all balls crankshaft bearings, honed sleeve still in stock piston specs, new connecting rod thrust washers and bearings, all new gaskets good clutch, new iridium ngk spark plug with a new performance fox racing coil blaster and wire (needs to be installed), pro circuit pipe and slip on muffler, the engine has been completely cleaned on the outside no old grease and dirt anywhere it has aftermarket wheels, the front tire is new and the rear is in good condition, rk o ring chain, metallic black aluminum swng arm with steel frame, carbon fiber wrap shrouds and tank, the wrap job is not perfect it has a few wrinkles here and there but it looks awesome overall, I'll throw in an original repair manual, Ill throw in an aluminum stand.

This was a 4 year restoration. Except for the fork guards, front plate and spokes, all the parts are OE, NOS Kawasaki or restored originals. Down to the warning labels. Everything is set to stock from carb settings to suspension internals. I also have the 94 sales brochure to go along with it. The front plate and fork guards can be found with a little searching. I opted for stainless steel spokes rather than steel OE for durability. I do not have a title however the engine and frame are matching numbers. 00400

Purchased the Bike in May 2015 , My Son only rode the bike 3 times, a total of maybe 2 hours on the engine. My son went to change the oil , and accidentally put the oil filter in backwards. Ridersville Cycle ( where purchased ) in Berkeley Springs WV, Saw our dilemma and had Kawasaki do a Complete engine rebuild for us, $3,000 NEW Engine, 0 hours on engine, so Brand new Bike ! Need to get $5,000 for this bike,. It has only been started , when picked up after fixed, and then put in our basement until sell. I have a really nice an clean 2002 kx 250. Bike runs great low hours on bike have a trip hour meter from first got 76 hours on it. Second owner, first owner only rode hand full of times. Has a FmF exhaust an pipe one little dent, rest is stock, nice tires, new power reeds, new chain an sprockets, pro taper bars an grips new off road skid plate, new metal radiator guards also, not on in these pictures. 1978 Kawasaki KX250 A 4 Good condition for 37 years old, normal wear and tear. Suspension works good has no leaks front or rear. Gas tank had leak at seam and was patched with JB weld. Has some light pitting on upper fork tubes.

For sale is my 1989 KX 250 with many new parts. Rear Shock and forks rebuilt by Pro pilot in NJ. Motor rebuilt by Kawasaki dealer, New Rod, Piston and rings, all seals and gaskets. New sprockets and chain. New wheel bearings and brake pads front and rear. New air filter. New tubes and tires are 95% Has a Pro Circuit Pipe and silencer. The bike has a MSO and shop manual.
