I bought a street legal CR500AF and would rather build that so this one is up for sale. The previous owner sent the frame and motor to MPS racing and they custom fit it. He rode track on it for a couple years before rebuilding the bottom and top end with OEM parts. He had just finished the rebuild when I purchased it, and I have only put maybe 8 hours on it total. The bike runs and rides great. I added the oversized IMS tank and a FMF q stealth spark arrester. I also have the stock tank and a shorty silencer that I will include in the deal. MPS charges over $2000 for the conversion and that doesn't include the motor or shipping. Runs and rides great. Well Built! For sale is a 2009 Kawasaki KX450f. It has been converted to a supermoto and is completely street legal with a free and clear NC title and current registration. Making one of these street legal in NC is next to impossible, making this very rare. This thing is so much fun to ride. I'm selling because I'm moving across the country and will not be bringing it with me. There was a problem in the gearbox so I had to split the cases. While it was apart I installed:Wiseco High Comp 13.5:1 pistonHot Cams stage 2 Intake and Exhaust camsDynojet Power Commander VK&N high flow air filterFMF powercore 4 HEX muffler and powerbomb headerI wired up the lights, blinkers and speedo custom from the condenser to avoid the need of a battery which would take up valuable room in the airbox restricting airflow. The bike has a fairly powerful stator putting out 60w so there is room for a more powerful headlight. I was going to install the Baja designs Squadron pro led headlight. All work was done in December 2015, and it has been driven <1000 miles since.Two new Michelin Pilot Power 3s are installed on Warp 9 wheels that have been converted to tubeless.The bike runs little lean because I could not find an appropriate fuel map for the PCM due to engine modifications. It needs a dyno tune and I have not had time to do it. The closest place is in Charlotte.The dyno will read between 60-70 hp based on what others with similar modifications have gotten. That is A LOT for 245lb bike. It is an absolute beast!

Brand new 2003 Kawasaki KX60. Bike was purchased brand new from a Kawasaki dealer in August 2015. Bike was also crated by dealer to be shipped and it has never been out of the crate since I got it. Pictures shown are from when bike was bought. Bike has obviously never been started or had any fuel in it as it is still in the crate. Looks awesome! This little dirt bike is a real classic as Pro MX racers like Ricky Carmichael, Jeff Emig, and many more started their racing careers racing KX60s. This is a very fast race little bike. Since in 2003 Suzuki and Kawasaki shared production of same dirt bikes, this little bike can also be converted to a Suzuki RM60, if desired, as OEM genuine yellow plastics (as well as Kawasaki OEM green plastics) are available from the dealers. Bike comes with clear MSO (title for dirt bike), owner's manual, and tool. A true MX collector's item. No reserve! Buyer is responsible for freight arrangements and charges. Here we offer a 2011 (purchased new in Feb 2013) Kawasaki KX65 off road/ motocross racing bike. Has been used in 3 dirt bike races. Excellent overall condition with general surface scratches, nothing major. All parts intact. Rider has outgrown this bike, purchased another so this one is for sale. Engine in perfect condition. Kawasaki KX500 2004 Rare, not too many of these come up for sale. Going into retirement and moving into smaller living quarters, so several of my bikes must go. I’m the 2nd owner. I would love to keep this machine. This bike was acquired from the original owner, older gentlemen (older than me LOL!) that rode it in the forest a few times. The bike was completely detailed and gone through. Any part that was oxidized or rusted was replaced with Kawasaki OEM. JD Jetting. The Bore is original. The engine was compression checked just to verify it was within specification. The engine was detailed on the outside. The sprockets and chain were fine, but I like to upgrade to some serious quality stuff. The fork seals had been recently replaced and oil changed. The suspension is stock. The bike was tested and it runs fantastic and handles like a dream. The rims and hubs were good and true and the tires are good. FMF Gnarly pipe and silencer is in great shape with no dents. Linkage was dissembled, cleaned and lubed. Brake system flushed and I’m using Silicone 5 fluid. Works Connection frame guards The bike looks and runs excellent. Ready to Ride, Race, Collect. Bike has been kept inside my home in a climate controlled environment. Close to $10K in investment. What a great machine. I now know why there is almost a cult-like following of these bikes. All the below are new parts installed New Parts: Scott Shark Fin – The best there is integrated brake caliper mount. ODI CFT Flex Handle Bars Protaper Grips OEM Side panels, front fork guards and mud flap UFO front and rear fender, UFO front number plate, Custom FX graphics, OEM chain slide, BRP chain guide, with stainless steel fasteners Hardline engine clock, 3.1 hours since gone throughBoyesen Rad Valve JD Jetting kit-Spot on jetting with 100% Sunoco 100 Octane Race Gas/Spectro Golden 2, or 50-50 race/pump gas Bel Ray DOT 5 fluid Seat Cover New Kawasaki OEM fasteners to replace those that were oxidized. Stainless steel fasteners used on the fenders were stock ones can corode OEM kill switch (rubber seal was breaking down on the original) Mylers Heavy Duty radiators, CV4 silicone hoses and radiator cap – Evans coolant (Waterless) Front sprocket guard Boyesen ignition cover Ricochet Skid PlatePro Motion Billet Side Stand K & N filter Hammerhead shifter Renthal sprockets and DID Racing Gold X-ring Chain OEM new front chain guard Tugger Seat strap IMS Foot pegs, new pivot pinsHate to part with this one, but most all must go.
