While most motorcycles are single-purpose machines, preferring to run on either dirt or asphalt, the dual-purpose category is far more versatile, able to take riders almost anywhere they wish to go on- and off-road. The 2015 Kawasaki KLR™650 is a tough adventure bike that will put the fun into your off-road adventures. It will do it in comfort, year-round and without breaking the bank.

For sale a 2009 Kawasaki KLR 650 with 23k miles. I adore this bike. I've taken it on a couple 2k mile plus trips through crazy weather and it was so good to me. I am moving and need to simplify that is the only reason I am selling. The bike has been used a lot, so there are scratches. You can see on one photo where the handguard is scuffed from a slow speed drop on sandy pavement. There are fades on the rear plastic guards where my soft panniers sat and rubbed during long trips. Also, the rear blinkers are starting to go. The left works most of the time, the right usually is out. It maybe the bulb, but I am not sure, either way the blinkers aren't bright so I use hand signals and use the blinkers for the front, bright orange signal. The KLR comes with a brand new rear tire. In addition it has a sargent seat, engine guards, aftermarket metal bash plate, a cig lighter charging port, hand bar riser, Shorai lithium battery, links to make the bike shorter if needed, rear trunk, a waterproof Nelson-Riggs rolldown duffel (pictured), a KLR soft trunk bag, the handlebar bag, if you want to take my Nelson-Riggs panniers you may though some of the straps are broken. I will also include a tote with extras like the manual, a couple oil filters, lube, subframe bolt kit, and so forth. I have a VIN report proving the clean title if needed. E-mail me if you have questions, I will respond quickly. Thank you for looking.
