I got the bike new and it is everything that it's cracked up to be. Surprisingly nimble and lots of fun on mountain twisties and gets you out in the middle of nowhere and back . Great Bike that has served me well and I hope it goes to someone who uses it to add to its list of adventures. Comes with luggage pictured and 3 new tires (f/r Michelin T63 knobbies and 1 rear street) Bike has been garaged and or covered since new. Been in Ca. for last several years so no East coast rust damage. Work done: Recent oil filter change, new spark plug, radiator flush, new clutch fibres (metals were in spec), rebuilt carb (slider was leaking..added exterior air fuel screw) water pump impeller, f/r brake pads and new brake fluid., new chain, doohickey (after one year, shoulda done it immediately). Bike is very well maintained and ready to go . I know everything about this bike and will answer all your questions with honesty ( ie, it's what I call a “3 stroke engine”, meaning that it burns oil like many klr’s. This is most noticeable when doing long distance , high speed . On the trail, lower rpm it is hardly any ), and I painted the fairings because the wind knocked it over and I fixed the damage (have pics) Pls prove your not a robot by leaving me a message with a phone number for text and voice follow up. Thanks. Safe and Happy riding.
he rugged and tough Kawasaki KLR650 motorcycle is built for adventure. Riders will benefit from the KLR650's phenomenal fuel range and dual-purpose capabilities on pavement or off-road.
Fantastic running machine! Im a motorcycle mechanic so it has been well taken care of in terms of maintenance, bike is overall in great shape, 3,000 miles on new chain and sprockets, will do an oil change, 3,000 miles on newish tires. 18,800 miles and counting as it is my daily ride to work and trips on weekends. I work at Honda powersports of rockville, so stop by tues-sat if you would like to see it!! Ignore the top bag in the picture as that was stolen in colorado, so just saddlebags.
3900 miles. Clean title. Used primarily off road. Has a few cosmetic scuffs. Amazing bike. Black rims, black body, with green pinstripe. Had two hard case saddle bags with harness.
