This is a Custom 99 KLR 650 Built by a professional bike builder in Va. It started life as a 99 klr and was taking down to bare frame last year and everything has been powdercoated frame forks swing arm every nut and bolt etc... tank and plastics was professionally hydrodipped in Winchester Va with 2 coats or clear applied. New tires, brakes, rental handlebars, trailtec vaper, Eagle mike links to raise seat height for tall riders, thermal bob for better cooling, do done, front and rear suspension completely rebuilt. If you look it's half gen 1 and half gen 2, Comes With matching icon XL helmet.
