This has been a great bike, it has taken me all over the eastern US, into Canada, and has been wonderful for commuting and riding the 'twisties' up here in the NC Highcountry. It is a "sports touring bike" but unlike some of the others, this one puts emphasis on sports and keeps the ride exciting, great handling and plenty of power. This bike can eat up serious highway miles but still feels good riding around town. The Concours 1400 comes with a modified ZX-14 engine, inline 4 with 160 horsepower, 100 ft lbs torque. Variable Valve Timing, shaft drive, adjustable shocks front and rear. Anti Lock Brakes, Traction control (with off button), adjustable linked braking, all of the modern safety features. Heated grips, aftermarket 2" handlebar risers, electronically adjustable windscreen.Two waterproof saddle bags that each hold 35L and are easily opened and removed with ignition key. Factory painted to match the bike. Easily removed to carry inside, and can ride without them. Aftermarket Givi rear rack for topcase, very sturdy rack mounted to frame. These things hold a ton, I've taken it grocery shopping and camped out of the saddlebags for a week at a time on trips. Includes stock FOB and backup RFID key. Bike can't be started without fob present, you don't even have to remove the key and take it with you, just carry the fob.
