2007 John Deere Gator Xuv 620i , 2007 JD Gator 620i ~CUSTOMIZED~. Gator disassembled down to frame and engine. Parts replaced as needed. Swapped out yellow seats for NEW OEM special edition black seats, all sticker swapped out with OEM Special Edition carbon fiber badges. Added front brush guard, side fender guards, front cargo rack, front 2" receiver. Had roll cage sand blaster and powder coated. OEM headlight bulbs swapped out for LED bulbs. Added two off-road lights to front brush guards, operated by toggle switch on dash board. Bed sand blasted, professionally sprayed with Bullet Liner on inside and re-painted w/JD green on exterior. Driver and passenger floor pans also professionally sprayed with Bullet Liner. Replaced OEM muffler with High Performance FMF muffler .. (it sounds MEANS now!!)). Drive belt replaced. Exhaust manifold professionally worked on, opening and smoothing ports allowing for better exhaust flow out of motor. Drive line bearings replaced (no easy task!). Replaced brake pads... Probably more I'm not thinking of at the moment... Worked on for two years as time allowed. Completed in 2013. Used it only once and has sat in barn for a year. Cranks right up. Another opportunity has come up, so selling my gator to move on to the next project. Asking $8000.00 (basically a new machine!). Please call w/questions. Local pick-up. $8,000.00
