The web has some good info on these bikes so I'll share my experience. This is a lightly used bike. I'ts been awesome for single track rides and an occasional trip to the dessert. Not as light as a CR or YZ but incredibly agile and plenty of power.

If your looking at this auction, you realize how rare these bikes are!This 1974 HUSQVARNA 400 is Ready to be restored and added to your collection! This bike runs and shifts fine! It has good compression and decent tyres. (may need the carb cleaned? its been sittting for awhile now)No major rust, no flatspots or bent rims newer seat cover. It has a desert tank on it but I have the stock red "bubble tank", the paint is peeling but no dents in it.This is a good solid bike, with some TLC it will make a Nice vintage racer! 1978 (I believe but not sure) Husqvarna Parts Bike Non Running but engine turns over with kick start. Rolls slow in neutral but shift in to gear if pushed fast. The clutch does not work or needs to be cleaned out. I'm not sure if the year is right so the buyer is responsible to to verify vin number to year. I have no title. I can provide a bill of sale only.
