Selling my 2007 Honda VTX-1300 Retro model. The bike is a head-turning Royal Blue. It is clean and bright, and covered in chrome. I even had the wheels chromed. It has had the "PAIR" modification, to remove the California emissions restrictions (all VTX's came equipped for Cali); the "SCAR" intake modification for air filter and carburetor; and my own very effective and subtle modification to the rear muffler baffles, giving her a throaty, rich exhaust note. She sounds and runs great. She includes a beautiful custom seat by C&C Seats with matching blue stitching; an Arlen Ness airbox cover and engine side covers; a K&N lifetime air filter; a Memphis Shades Speed Demon windshield; Drag Specialties one-inch drag style handlebars; a Headwinds custom headlight bucket with Blue Dot headlight, a Saddlemen handlebar tool bag with tools; a Mustang tank bib; Rivco air horn; LED turn signals; and Kuryaykn chrome trim accessories everywhere. Also included are the stock seat and pillion passenger pad, the luggage rack and passenger backrest, the stock air filter and airbox cover, a beautiful set of Saddlemen saddle bags (missing mounting hardware), and a second, stock rear wheel. She has 11,459 miles on the odometer, but she may show more because I'm going to continue riding her until you come get her. She has always had synthetic Castrol in her, and last spring, new spark plugs, a new gel cell battery, and new Metzler 880 Marathon tires. I'd have no reservations about climbing on her today and heading out to the coast. The clear title is in hand. There is no warranty included or implied. I love this bike, but I'm ready to downsize. I think you'll love it too, but if you have no experience with carburetors, you may want to read up on the Honda V-twins before making any changes to her tuning. They aren't fully warmed up until the radiator fan kicks on. The VTX's are water cooled and shaft-driven.I'm motivated to find her a new home, but I'm not much interested in spending a lot of time dickering. I believe that if you'll take a close look at the photos, and come ride her, you'll agree that she's worth every penny of $5,500.00, but I'll take the first $5K cash. Thanks for looking.Email Tim for more photos and telephone.
