Very low riding hours. Nothing wrong with it. Have a title. Oil changes have always been done. Newer tires. Bought the tires less than two years ago. No rips in the seat. Seat was new about two years ago. There is no cracks in the plastic. It is a 4 cycle. So you never have to worry about mixing oil with the gas. It was taken in last year and the carb was cleaned. New hand grips last year. I really have taken good care of it.
