ITEM DESCRIPTION: 1986 Honda Reflex "TLR200" in very nice original condition. The bike runs and drives just as it should. The engine has been well cared for and has never been damaged or repaired. This bike has been in the southern California desert all it's life, as a result, there is no rust or corrosion anywhere. The bike has also been garaged which left the original paint and plastic in very good condition. With only 3462 original miles, this rare Honda is in excellent mechanical and cosmetic condition. FRAME #: JH2MD0900GK000109 ENGINE#: MD09E-5200150 The imperfections I noticed are as follows: Turn signals and battery box are missing. There are some nicks and a shallow ding on the fuel tank. The seat cover has been replaced. One of the mounting tabs on speedometer is broken (see picture). The tires are not original but are almost new. The front number plate is aftermarket. The front and rear fenders are showing some age but are very nice. I have a clear California title and certificate of Non-Operation, so there won't be any back fees or penalties if you register the bike in California. ITEM DESCRIPTION: Offered for sale is a 1986 Honda Reflex "survivor". This all original and unmolested TLR200 is in very nice original condition. The bike runs and drives just as it did when new. The engine has been well cared for and has never been damaged or repaired in any way. This bike has been in the southern California desert all it's life, as a result, there is no rust or corrosion anywhere. The bike has been garaged which left the original paint and plastic in very good condition (Note: fenders are not perfect). With only 3462 original miles, this rare Honda is in excellent mechanical condition and cosmetic condition. This is an ideal candidate for restoration. The brakes, clutch, trans and engine all work just as they should. I have a clear California title and certificate of Non-Operation, so if you live in CA, there won't be any back fees or penalties. This is a great condition Survivor, Has new Continental Street tires and comes with Off Road Rear sprocket , Great fun to ride, has had recent oil change and runs greatThe Honda Reflex (TLR200) is a dual purpose trials motorcycle sold through 1986 to 1987. Both year models are exactly the same. 1987 models were left over bikes from 1986, re-badged as 1987 models.The Honda Reflex used an XR200 engine in a different frame. This engine was also used in a three-wheeler made by Honda.The Reflex also has the tight turning radii typical of trials motorcycles. Its steering column can almost turn completely perpendicular to the bike's frame. It's designed to be a stand up motorcycle, though it does have a seat and lights for road use. With light sprocketmodifications it is a functional bike for motorcycle trials.
