Comes with a set of brand new tires and tubes.This is a vintage bike that is meant to be ridden. Get 80mpg and starts right up with electric start.This kick starter does not work.I have an Oklahoma title for the bike that has not been titled in my name though I do have a bill of sale from the owner to myself. I never registered the bike personally.
