Have run 85 to see just how fast it can go and it still had more but 60-65MPH is the average. It's a 2 passenger with retractable passenger foot rests, passenger seat back. Complete with an under seat lockable trunk large enough to carry a briefcase or laptop bag, book bag or a few bags of groceries. A fold down glove box door that holds 2 drinks and room for much more. Comes with: factory tools, factory owners manuals, and a complete Honda Reflex parts manual. Complete with helmet, riders jacket (that has removal liner for summer riding as well as hard enclosed plates on elbow and shoulders) and a safety vest (original combined cost over $300.00 alone).
