1964 Honda Superhawk , The engine has been rebuilt and the only modification from factory specs is the rise of the handlebars. This bike has a handlebar riser to make it more comfortable to ride in town. 1989 Honda Pilot FL400, The motor was completely rebuilt (top and bottom) with all OEM seals, gaskets, and bearings that I got from ATV Racing in AZ. Keep in mind, I replaced every seal, gasket, and bearing in the motor. The cylinder was sent off to a recommended shop to be ported, and I had a local shop perform the rebuild of the entire motor that was recommended by my local Honda dealer. While the motor was out, I wire brushed, primed, and painted the a-arms, battery holder, hubs, bumper, and rear knuckle arms. I had the roll cage, net frames, and cdi bracket powder coated. I sent the axles to ATV Racing to be serviced. I put most of the bolts and small metal parts through a jewelry cleaner and clean/polished every other part by hand on the buggy. This pilot has brand new polished wheels (Douglas red label), new tires, new battery (5-18-11), new decals, new foam on roll cage, new choke cable, new VForce 3 Reed Cage, modified cdi, new Power Pros Ceramic Pipe/Silencer, and new Power Bloc Clutch. The motor only has a few hours of time on it, so it is still in the break in process. This use was done on the street getting the carb dialed in. It hasn't been offroad, so what you see in the video and pictures is what you get. $3,499.00
