I am the first owner for my son's 2014 CRF50F. I bought it new from the dealer. My son rode this as his first bike from 2014 until now. We were in Italy for two years so it did sit in storage so he only rode it for two of the last four years. I raised the suspension with an IShock rear spring assembly that is 11" instead of the stock 9". I also added new front fork lower arms that are 2" taller. Overall the bike is 2" taller than a stock CRF50F. I was trying to get a little more time out of him riding it by making it taller but he outgrew it anyway. He complained about his knees being to close to his handlebars, so I had to come to terms that he needs a larger bike. I have the original dealer paperwork, Manufacture's book and CA title. I have not bought tabs since I bought it because 50cc and under bikes don't need tabs. Unless people have been lying to me. If you have any other questions please give me a call. "The Honda VF500F (badged as "Interceptor" for the US and Canada market) is a 498 cc displacement sport motorcycle manufactured from 1984 to 1986. It is widely regarded as one of the finest handling motorcycles of the 1980s."This motorcycle is a classic, reliable, and an excellent ride. This was the first bike I owned, bought in Michigan, nurtured to life, and then brought out to California where it is now registered. The bike is in good condition and runs great. I would highly recommend to anyone who is interested in Honda's legendary V4 lineage, or wants a killer bike that's a real head turner. I am active duty military, and will be moving bases in a month. I love this bike, but unfortunately, I can't bring both of my bikes with me, so I have to sell this one before I can go. I'm not interested in making money off off this motorcycle as much as I am interested in getting the bike off my hands before I have to leave, so leave your best offer if you're interested in the bike. I acquired this bike in 2014. Through 2015 and 2016 the following work was done on it. --- Adjusted valve clearance--- Replaced valve cover gaskets--- Cleaned, rebuilt and synchronized carburetors, replaced clamps and intake boots--- Replaced thermostat, fan switch and radiator cap--- Flushed and serviced cooling system--- Replaced battery--- Replaced throttle tube, grips and levers--- Replaced front/rear wheel bearings and seals--- New tires--- Rebuilt rear brake master cylinder--- Rebuilt clutch slave cylinder--- Flushed brake and clutch fluids--- New chain and sprockets--- Fresh oil and filter---The bike as of right now has two minor issues. Firstly, the rear tire is getting worn, and could use getting replaced sometime in the next year. The front tire however is still in good shape. Secondly, the front forks seals need to be replaced. This is not a big fix, as the seals can be found online. The bike still rides and handles fine, the forks just dive a little more than they would with the fix. The bike has a center stand, which makes chain maintenance at home and problems on the road much easier to deal with. The seat is insanely comfortable, and the riding position is must less sporty than modern sport bikes. I have taken this bike on many long trips, and have never had an issue with sitting on the bike for the majority of the day. I am 6' and my knees are not too bent, never had any issues with cramping. The engine is in great condition and starts up reliably every time. The bike has minor cosmetic damages throughout, as can be seen in the pictures. Title is clean. Cover is included. Feel free to message me with any questions about the bike. My phone number and email are included. You can call me if it's after 5:00PM on workdays, or anytime on the weekends. Or more conveniently, send me a text and I'll get back to you as soon as I can during the work day.
