Well kept, underground heated parked bike. Just got oil changed and ready to go this season! Gets lots of attention and looks like nothing else out there with its matte black finish and tinted windscreen. Makes a great city cruiser and sounds great too. 2nd owner. Has some blueing on the lower exhaust chrome. Extras include quick release windshield and baron chrome tachometer. Will throw in a small leather bag that fits to the included back seat rest luggage rack. This is a Canadian model bike.
2001 Honda CR500R engine. Came out of a running bike. The top end was removed for inspection and put back together but needs gaskets if you choose to run it as is. Has slight damage to the bolt boss for the sprocket cover from chain coming off, does not leak oil, easy fix, (see photos) Cylinder is .050 over, no damage, cases are 10/10 (aside from the bolt boss). Includes the full stock cr500 ignition system (coil, CDI, Stator flywheel), a stock 38mm PJ carb, an aftermarket 39.5mm PWK carb (with zipty racing air screw), The stock reed block and intake boot & an aftermarket Vforce 3 reed block with another stock intake boot (but modified for vforce reeds), Also included is a pentek CNC sprocket cover anodized black from the UK, and the kick and shift levers that came with the engine. Sorry, do not have an exhaust to go with it. I bought this engine used with the intentions of rebuilding it and building an AF conversion but have lost interest in the project. I do not know the hours or history of the engine, it ran when I bought it and thats all I know about it. This is a used running engine that is usable and I give no warranty.
