TIMS has a roadrace ready 1975 honda cb 550/4 for sale--it was built for endurance racing ( has a headlight and tail/brake light that can be turned on or off)--this bike was built and endurance roadraced by a friend of mine back in the day--he decided to pull it out of his closet after 10 plus years and let me and my crew bring it up to roadrace readiness--we cleaned the carbs, changed the oil and put a new battery in it and it fired right up, and we took it to barber vintage fest when we raced back in october and took it for a few laps around the track during practice sessions --the bike ran great( wailed down the straightaways at 10k rpm) and handled extremely well and is ready for someone to take her out and race it again--it has a yoshimira 553 piston kit with 11/1 compression, yoshimira roadrace cams, cb 750 carburetors (30mm) and velocity stacks with a ported and polished head and stainless steel valves with heavy duty valve springs--it has really cool lester old school mag wheels, a brembo front master cylinder , 4/1 competition header and gp body work with a 1st class paint job--it does have the starter and alternator still in place so it could actually be converted to a street bike if you desire although its at home on the tracks and is eligable for ahrma, wera or endurance racing circuits--im also including a spare set of carbs and a freshly bored out cylinder with new pistons and a spare set of tires to go with it--TIMS will assist with shipping at new owners expense --

TIMS has come across one of the "ORIGINAL TIMS CBX " cbxs, which was originally owned by tim ware ,the founder and previous owner of TIMS CBX -it comes with a copy of the original title,buyers sheet from the dealer where tim bought it, warranty card, original brochure and a few other nostalgic pieces -the bike runs great, has a corbin seat and backrest,a set of old school kerkers,stage 3 kit, and old school k/n air pods,lots of chrome everywhere and some of tim wares original billet parts, as well as TIMS exclusive dyna ignition coils and braided spark plug wires,progressive rear shock and front springs, it has a pingel dual outlet petcock ,13 row setrab oil cooler,superbrace,gold star billet chainguard,drag specialty blinkers,and all nuts and bolts were replaced with garner westcott allen bolts and acorn nuts where possible, and it had a valve adjustment in 1999 too--it was bought from tim back in 1999 and pretty much sat every since i was told until i got the opportunity to buy the bike recently--we went through the carbs brakes and the usuals for a sitting bike and cleaned it up to make her look great again--the speedo shows 23k on it but we ll know this is not correct as it is a 150 mph speedo and i dont know when it was installed so i dont know the actual miles but the title says 14k in 1999--everything works and its a pretty nice bike that you can ride anywhere or put it in your collection--the blinkers are not correct but since tim installed them i felt it only right to leave them as is---TIMS will assist with shipping anywhere in the world at the new owners expense--check our other auctions for more cool bikes and cbx parts--or call us at 1-877-timscbx if you have any questions--
TIMS is cleaning out the project warehouse--this auction is for a project i just never found time to finish--it is a super cool chopper that was custom built to fit the honda cbx motor--i got it from the guy who built it and he had to move overseas and didnt have the time to finish it-he had a blown up motor in it along with carbs that were in bad shape as well so we removed them thinking we would add another motor and carbs later--all this bike likes to be finished is to put a good motor in it with carbs and fabricate an exhaust system to your taste and hook up all the electricals and provide a electronic universal speedo/tach gauge for it--all the coils and other electrics fit nicely hidden under the seat for a clean look, i would count on painting it as well as its a pretty lame paint scheme that would have been the 1st thing i would change if i were to have completed this bike--it has totally custom wheels and new tires, arlen ness controls and lowers, -- a lot of time was put into this chopper to be totally trick from front to rear--he invested over 10k in parts alone and countless hours of labor--this cbx project can be bought on the cheap and wouldnt take a lot to finish and youd have a one of a kind cbx that would get all the attention at any bike night or even bikeweek----TIMS will assist in shipping anywhere in the world at new owners expense-- 500 gets it to most us locations with a professional bike shipping company ive shipped over 100 bikes with as well--check out TIMS other auctions for more cool cbx parts and bikes--

TIMS has an extremely low mileage 1982 honda cb 900 f for sale--it only has 9200 plus actual miles on it -we did a compression check and leakdown and all cylinders were strong with minmal leakage as it should be-we went through the carbs and jetted them properly for the kerker 4/1 header--we changed the oil and filter and this bike is super smooth riding it and the motor is as quiet as a sewing machine--its mostly original other than the mirrors and the header and everything works on the bike--the only damage is a dent in the tank, but the inside is pretty clean and a small separation in the seat cover but there are several covers on ebay for 40-50 bucks to replace it with--the bike could use a minor detailing and the tires are weather checked in the treads so plan on replacing them but other thank that this bike is ready to ride anywhere---TIMS will assist in shipping at new owners expense-- if youre looking for a mechanically sound strong running cb 900f that only needs minor cosmetics to look great then dont miss out on this one--
