This CM250 is a great running little motorcycle. Clean NJ title. Has only 2800 original miles. I got it from the original owner. Its no show piece by any means but its in nice original condition, a little rust here and there , paint isn't perfect but it looks great the way it is. The battery is new, Tires have tread and aren't dry rotted. Engine runs smooth, it shifts through all the gears and brakes operate the way they are supposed to. The color combination is awesome and the pin striping is really cool. The custom airbrushed 50's Diner theme on the tank is unreal. The paint job on this bike with the custom air brushing was $3500 alone. Must be seen to fully appreciate the depth and detail of the mural. This bike has a title and can be registered. This shadow is complete, needs work to get it on the road. I did have it running earlier this summer but I tried today and it wouldn't turn over so I give up! It may be that the battery I had wasn't good enough, could be a spark issue, I'm not sure I have a lot of bikes I need to sell before the cold gets here so I'm selling this one as is. Key points: *Clean NJ Title, and key *Older tires but not dry rotted *Clutch and brakes were bled and work, hydraulic line for clutch works but its off a Goldwing so that's why its longer *Reserve tank was bypassed, too much of a nightmare to clean, *Needs a battery *Cosmetics are not good, its plastidipped black to hide the ugliest color purple you ever saw on a bike! *Engine didn't make any noises when it was running *Fork seals are good * turn signal stems are all dry rotted If you are handy you can probably figure it out in an afternoon, its a good bike its just ugly, would make a good rat bike. Up for sale is a package deal 2 bikes, a good motorcycle and a parts bike. The good one that runs and rides is the gold 1985 gold wing limited edition, the bike does have some cosmetic damage on it as pictured but its all there and will clean up nice. shows its age , couple scratches, some fading, seat coming apart at the seams and the windshield is missing but the parts bike has a nice clear windshield that will bolt right on. It still runs shifts and goes straight down the road. Brakes work well and the tires are in good shape. The second bike included in the auction is a 1986 gl1200 aspencade (last 2 pics show it) which is a parts bike it does not run, the engine is locked but has a lot of usable parts.
