Up for sale is a REALLY nice 96 Shadow Ace VT1100C2. Registration is good through June 2017. Went through everything on this bike. This bike is in great shape and is mechanically perfect! The list of things that I've done to this bike is crazy! Replaced both side cover seals and every other gasket and O-ring that could leak oil or coolant. New clutch basket, Clutch (EBC), Clutch springs (EBC) New thermostat All new fluids New left hand switch gear with wiring harness. New battery cables, both hot and neutral New fuel filter Rebuilt front brake caliper Replaced both sets of brake pads. Vance & Hines exhaust Carbs have been overhauled and re-jetted to match the aftermarket exhaust. Replaced both carb slides and rubber diaphragms. Replaced both pilot and main jets with Keihin jets. No aftermarket carb kit. Replaced all the bolts and hardware that was not factory with factory parts. Tires are in good shape. I'm sure there's more that I'm forgetting, but basically the bike is turn key ready to enjoy! Everything I've done meets my high expectations. Runs extremely well! 1984 Honda Magna V65, 1984 Honda Magna V65, this motorcycle has a clean and clear California title! The bije starts up, runs, shifts and stops! It is not perfect, it has miscellaneous scratches/blemishes/dings, typical of a 1984 motorcycle, the exhaust has some scratches and dings, the carb side covers/ air plenium box are chipped and one of the carb side covers has a zip tie. The side covers have all tabs and are in good shape. The reurn signals are not stock, the horn, lights flashers all work, the bike also has a 12v power outlet (gps) and grip warmers. The tires on the bike are less than 2 months old, the forkseals/brace/ front fender are in good shape. The bike does not have stock handle bars, has a switch for the radiator fan. It is also equipped with the rims from a 83 magna v65, a polishes clutch cover other than black. The gauges all work and the seat is in good shape. The bike starts, runs and shifts through all gears, it does hesitate at low rpm, i am unsure why but once above 3k it seems to smooth out, it will backfire a little during deceleration, IT WILL NEED SOME TLC FOR UNKNOWN ISSUES i am stating everything to knowledge. The trans/clutch is strong. The bike is being sold as is where is with NO warranty. I was going to add this to my collection of motorcycles but currently have no more room. Street legal motorcycle/trail bike has been kept in garage most of its life. Runs excellent, starts first kick, has no issues. Has no rust and very clean, well maintained in overall original condition. Has been out a few times this summer and is very fun to ride. Current CA registration and title in my name. We are selling because we need room for a new car in garage, bike is in very good condition. Includes passenger seat, or can remove it to use rack. Engine was rebuilt as a 110cc by previous owner, runs excellent, has good power, no smoke, and does not leak oil. Gears shift easy, neutral light indicator works, Fairly new tires, brakes work well. Front/rear lights/brake light, speedometer, gauge lights and horn all work well. Battery was replaced two years ago. Turn signals are new and now not working for some reason so having shop fix before auction ends. The gray plastic covers were scuffed badly so had them restored and clear coated, they look good. The gray plastic fairing down where it connects near air filter has a black plastic square cover (about 2 inches - see pics), it is there to cover and secure the original gray plastic where it cracked, it is very secure.
