The 2008 GL8 Honda Goldwing 1800, is the correct choice for any real rider. I can’t believe the way this thing handles! To be more precise, it handles like a dream with power to spare. It is truly the last bike you need. I loved the way the bike did everything I needed and more.The bike is smooth, quiet and sails along effortlessly and once underway the bike seems to move with the grace of a race horse at full gallop. The seat is much comfortable than any other cruiser. This has been the best bike I have ever ridden. I was surprised with the speed & quickness of this Gold Wing. Balanced so well that sometimes feet not needed on stops or hands on bars unless you want them.The audio system is user friendly and the sound quality is great. Overall, I love this bike. It is much more than I expected. It never ceased to amaze me. Good power, great handling for a beast, and great fuel mileage. If you’re a Goldwing owner and you are considering a change, don’t, this bike is what a real touring bike should be.The 2008 GL8 Goldwing 1800 is a supreme tourer with ultimate wind protection, comfort and storage capacity. The adjustable sreen and jumbo fairing create a quite pocket of air for a wide range of riders. Add to this that there is 33+ gallons of storage space lets you take all your stuff with you. The sound system is very good -- 6 speakers boomed out my favorite tunes while riding.

The 2008 GL8 Goldwing 1800 is easy-handling. The steering is pleasantly neutral and the whole bike feels light. The bike's handling prowess is not surprising Honda's goal was to build a giant sport-bike. Judging by the way the bike lunges out of turns in top gear, I'd say Honda did it.The 2008 GL8 Goldwing 1800 is a supreme tourer with ultimate wind protection, comfort and storage capacity. The adjustable screen and jumbo fairing create a quiet pocket of air for a wide range of riders. Add to this the fact that there is 33-plus gallons of storage space that lets you take all your stuff with you. The sound system is very good--six speakers boomed out my favorite podcasts, letting me listen distortion-free even through a full-face helmet and earplugs. I also made good use of the weather band to avoid some gnarly summer thunderstorms.What a Great Bike! only 30,000 miles on this bike.
