2002 Honda GL1800 Gold Wing, and a pull behind trailer. Runs and rides great! Good tires and battery, rear passenger armrest, drivers backrest, cup holders, lots of aftermarket chrome and LED's added, updated sounds system with Metrix speakers and Pioneer 4ch amp, MP3 adapt. CB, intercom, (I don't have the helmet headsets) 89k miles. As a up grade for my 96 GL1500, I purchased it 5 yrs. ago as a Salvage Title with only minor cosmetic damage, (I have a pic of it as purchased) I even rode it several miles before I bought it! I learned Insurance Co. can only replace damage with new dealer parts! No repaired or used parts!, and a vehicle with a high salvage value, its cheeper for them to total it and sell as salvage than to pay the repair cost! But I can do repairs, and replace with used or aftermarket parts! I replaced most of the damaged parts with good used parts, and new aftermarket chrome, and repainted the bike! many parts I didn't even replace because the damage was not bad enough to justify the cost! Example a 1/2" scratch or small crack in a fairing section would mean the whole piece gets replaced at hundreds of dollars $$$! (Really!...I have done more damage coming out of my garage!) Well the bike has little stuff like that all over it, meaning Insurance would have needed to replace almost ever piece of plastic on the whole bike, costing Thousands! Small scratches on a used bike,(Most are so small, I would have to point them out!) That I can live with! Bike is not perfect, but clean, good running, and Great riding! I hate to sell it, but a serious leg injury a couple yrs. ago has kept me from riding. I gave it 1 yr. to see if I could do it again, but it's not working for me! I have it priced below market value because of the rebuilt title, but it looks better than many that have never had any issues! If you have any questions on the Bike please contact me! I will do what ever I can to help get it where you need it!
