2000 Honda GL1500C2, One Fresh Well Kept Valkyrie Just in, one really nice '00 GL1500C2. Balance. That is the word that best defines what was Honda's Valkyrie flagship cruiser. The Valkyrie's claim on power-cruiser status is almost as much visual as it is mechanical. The big, liquid-cooled, opposed-six bulging from the engine room isn't designed to flow with the cruiser mainstream, but it isn't intended to be ignore either. As with any good hot rod, the engine is the centerpiece of the machine. Six cylinders, six chrome-capped carbs, and six headers that on this sweet ride roll into a 6-in-6 exhaust.
