This IS a new Bike. My wife and I have decided that we would like to get a bigger bike for some longer trips. At the time of purchase I added a taller windscreen, back rest, Bluetooth audio, and a center stand. I still have the factory windscreen that I will send with you if you decide that you want the lower profile and more sleek look. This bike handles great on the road and has a lower center of gravity that makes it easy to handle in town and in traffic as well. The MSRP on this bike before all of the extras that have been added to it is 16K, so the price that I have on it is firm.
