Here is a rare chance to own a very low mile all 100% factory original CT70 with only 662 original miles. These years from 1991-94 were the last chance at buying one of these mini trail bikes. This bike is just like new. It was used as a pit bike only and has never seen trails- This bike has the updated 12Volt system and CDI ignition. This makes these bikes run much smoother with brighter lights and easier starts. You will not be disappointed with this bike. It is an amazing find. This bike was restored 4 years ago and garage kept since. This model is the 3 speed semi automatic clutch with just over 1400 original miles before restoration. It has a lot of new parts and some original parts still. The exhaust was replaced with an after market pipe as well as the non original seat cover. Most of the other parts were original Honda or restored original parts. It has a few small chips in the paint but looks great. No rust on the chrome. Motor was torn down and honed and re ringed, cleaned, inspected and put back together. New points spark plug and oil change. Bike was disassembled completely and then repainted candy ruby red. All the original type labels were installed. I just installed a new battery, and brake handles. It was stored without gas and fuel lines look new. Tank is spotless inside as far as rust. Handlebars are straight and grips are nice. Horn works, headlight high and low beam, tail light and brake light, speedo back ground light, neutral light and high beam light all works. This bike gets many compliments when it is out. I just took it for a little 3 mile ride and it takes me 38 miles an hour and ran great (I weigh 225). Take a look at This sweet 1981 Honda CT 70 motorcycle is in great condition and it runs well. It has largely been garage kept with only 1318 miles on it. 4 Honda ct70 trail bikes, you get them all. The Red and Blue one both run. I started the red one today in about 3 kicks. The blue one was ridden about two months ago. They both have keys in the ignition. The other two are parts bikes and one is a 4 speed. The two that run still need basic work and are missing some parts. The throttle grip on the Red one is sliding off when it turns. These are great for riders and or restoration bikes. Please look at pictures for more detailed cosmetic condition and any missing parts. 1972 Honda Ct 70 TRAIL, Honda body with electric start Lifan 110CC engine. Came with simple wiring harnes and i have the full harness for the starter motor and lights. It will need to be installed. Also has new chain, sprokets and handlebars. Runs and has lots of power.. I cant seem to get the carb dialed in properely but a beter mechanic could. I've had this project going for about 6 years and dont want to mess with it anymore. Its a 12 volt system vs the 6 volt honda system so the electrical has been a bit of a challenege for me.
