This is a ledginary 1981 HONDA CBX SUPER SPORT 1000 This bike was never driven or registered It has 11 MILES yes 11. It was donated to a Tech School in PA. It was used in teaching safety to the students way ahead of its time it looks like it was never tore down look at the pictures as it is remarkable unrestored and unmolested. Being shifted from ware house to class room it has light scratches and a small dent, It is missing the original tool kit as the air cleaner, the throttle cable is frayed from the kids playing. MAKE US AN OFFER!! YOU NEVER KNOW!! This listing is for a really clean low mileage 1981 Honda CBX Super Sport. We've had this really nice CBX in our collection for just a little while. We've decided to sell it so here's your chance to own a nice own a really nice low mileage CBX. We've had quite a few CBX's over the years and this is by far the best running one we've ever had. Super smooth acceleration and shifting. Everything on it works as new. This spring it had a Honda GN4 oil change, new oil filter and a new battery. Front and rear brake systems have been evacuated and new Dot 3 fluid has been added. It starts right up and with the Super Trapp mufflers it sounds great!! Overall exceptional condition for it's age of 34 years. The original mufflers have been replaced with 6 into 2 Super Trapps. The original seat has been replaced with a Corbin seat and it is in great shape. Other than the seat and the exhaust, everything on the bike looks original. The exhaust really look almost original and sound great. Same with the seat. The fuel tank has a dent in it. The saddle bags have their normal scratches but are original paint. One saddle bag is missing the key lock. The paint all over looks to be original and does have a few scratches hear and there. Someone scratched the cam end covers. The right lower engine case has some slight rash. The scratches are rash can be repaired. We have pictures showing all these defects very clearly. We have about 180 pictures so you can see every part of this clean classic beauty and how good and original it's condition is. Please ask any questions you may have.
