2015 Honda CBR 1000RR Repsol Edition, CBR®1000RR Inspired By A Champion. No motorcycle connects rider, machine and road like a sportbike. The immediate acceleration, the chassis that feels like an extension of your own skeleton, the power, the handling and the bigger the sportbike, the more intense the experience. Honda s CBR1000RR has long been the ultimate Superbike for experienced aficionados, and the 2015 CBR1000RR is really something special. First off, we re celebrating Honda MotoGP rider Marc Marquez s back-to-back World Championships with some special graphics packages on the standard and SP models. Then there s the CBR1000RR ABS version, with the most sophisticated brake package in the class. But here s the biggest news: Track-day enthusiasts need to check out the CBR1000RR SP Repsol Edition version. With fully adjustable Öhlins front and rear suspension, Brembo front brakes and Pirelli Diablo Supercorsa SC premium tires. The SP also includes a special lightweight subframe with solo seat cowl. The SP doesn t stop there, with hand-selected engine parts for weight and balance, including pistons and connecting rods.

2015 Honda CBR 1000RR Repsol Edition, 2015 Honda® CBR® 1000RR Inspired By A Champion. No motorcycle connects rider, machine and road like a sportbike. The immediate acceleration, the chassis that feels like an extension of your own skeleton, the power, the handling and the bigger the sportbike, the more intense the experience. Honda® s CBR®1000RR has long been the ultimate Superbike for experienced aficionados, and the 2015 CBR®1000RR is really something special. First off, we re celebrating Honda® MotoGP rider Marc Marquez s back-to-back World Championships with some special graphics packages on the standard and SP models. Then there s the CBR®1000RR ABS version, with the most sophisticated brake package in the class. But here s the biggest news: Track-day enthusiasts need to check out the CBR®1000RR SP Repsol Edition version. The SP doesn t stop there, with hand-selected engine parts for weight and balance, including pistons and connecting rods. In 2015, the footpegs were moved further back by 10mm, and the handlebar angles revised inward and downward to move the rider triangle slightly downward and forward. A bubble-shaped windscreen works in concert with the rider position changes to reduce wind resistance. The CBR®1000RR s full-screen LCD instrumentation includes a lap timer, trip and fuel-consumption computer, five-level customizable shift indicator, gear-position indicator and peak-rpm memory function. With their consistent rigidity and balance, these sharp-looking 12-spoke cast-aluminum wheels work with the fork and enhance suspension feedback to deliver real handling improvements. The CBR®1000RR s front suspension uses a Big Piston Fork (BPF). The 43mm Showa fork is smoother, more responsive and gives you excellent front-end feedback. The CBR®1000RR s 4.7-gallon fuel tank is positioned in the center of the chassis and low in the frame. This allows for a more compact design but more importantly, it helps centralize the bike s mass. Increased mass centralization means the CBR® is more responsive to rider input, especially when leaning the bike into a turn or standing it up at the exit. Superbikes can deliver a great deal of back-torque through the driveline, upsetting handling not the CBR®1000RR. Its Honda®-designed assisted slipper clutch is the same type used on our MotoGP bikes. The design does away with the need for heavy clutch springs, ensuring full power transmission with smooth shifting and a light clutch pull at the lever. A four-piece aluminum frame design balances strength, rigidity and lightness. Wrapped tightly around the engine, the structure helps centralize the CBR®1000RR s mass for more responsive handling

This 2009 Repsol is in absolute mint condition with over $3000 in upgrades including Hotbodies Racing MGP Exhaust with excellent sound; ABS Undertail with LED lights; Repsol rear tire hugger; Repsol seat cowl; and Joe Florida multi color LED ground effect lighting. The 9000 miles is mostly highway miles and recently got new tires, battery and check up. I have several bikes and need to sell at least a couple. It is priced to sell as new Repsols are easily 16K to 17K with little difference. The 09 rims are the easiest to clean and the best looking as far as I'm concerned. The price is firm so please do not attempt to lowball. Call or text Anthony @ 713-292-7193
