This is an exceptionally well maintained 2006 CBR1000rr with 27,960 miles. Most of the milage is highway cruising milage. The bike has not been ridden hard, one look and its obvious. It's been cleaned after every ride and garage kept all its life. It's been professionally dyno tuned, it's very quick and a total blast to ride! The bike has plenty of extras: Dyno Jet Brand Fuel Injection Module, Professionally Dyno Tuned on a Dyno Machine (see photos), Jardine RT-One Slip-on Exhaust, Pirelli Diablo Rosso Corsa Tires (rear has less than 50 miles wear) Note: some of the photos show a previous Pirelli tire, the new tire was installed July 1, 2016, Front tire excellent tread (see photos), ProGrip Tank Protector, Stomp Grip, Tinted Front Wind Screen, Tire Hugger (carbon fiber), K&N Duel High-Flo Air Filters, NGK Iridium Spark Plugs, Fork Seals replaced (2015), New Front and Rear Sprockets (2015), New Chain (2015), What you should know: This bike new sold for $11,299.00. Honda has an excellent resale value protecting your investment. This bikes been babied compared to most sport bikes found on internet sites. This bike has absolutely NO mechanical issues. Period! All maintenance is current and as mentioned above, the front tire is excellent and rear tire just replaced (due to picking up a nail on a short ride). If you are looking for a solid, perfectly functioning well kept sport-bike this one will not disappoint. I'm personally aware of the bikes history and happy to share it with any serious buyer. A side faring decal developed a bubble (probably from engine heat) in 2015. I removed the decal and purchased a replacement from Honda, however I have not installed it. I will give the decal to the new owner. You can install it yourself or have it professionally done. I'm a total perfectionist so I won't do it myself. To me, everything has to line up perfect like factory. I'm not a difficult person to deal with, so if you are sincerely interested I'd be happy to answer any questions you have. I can most quickly respond to e-mail and/or text messages and will do my best to reply to inquiries the same day received. So, if its such a great bike why am I selling it? If it were not for a back injury I'd keep the bike. The adrenaline rush from riding this bike is addictive for sure. Let's face it. Leaning into a corner and coming out of one feeling the front end come up is ridiculously fun and this bike does it easily. Unfortunately, I can no longer comfortably ride in an aggressive sport bike riding position. Somebody's going to get a great bike.
