Description of the Vehicle:Up for sale is a super low mileage 2012 Honda CBR 250 R with a clean & clear title and SUPER low mileage of only 950. This bike is 100% stock and is in showroom condition the same as the day it was purchased new. It has never been wrecked or dropped and was always garage kept. Very clean little fuel injected 250 that is super reliable and economical. This bike gets over 60mpg and is dirt cheap to insure, handles better than any 250 out there. This unit comes fully serviced and PA inspected for one year and has passed our rigorous in house 95 point inspection. We have the vehicle listed locally and reserve the right to end the auction early if someone purchases at the dealership before the auction is up. Warranty: The vehicle is being sold with a 30 day limited warranty which covers any and all power train defects in that time period. The warranty goes into effect at the time the customer takes delivery of the vehicle. Black Market Bikez LLC. agrees to cover any cost incurred from mechanical failure of the engine, transmission, or carburetion within 30 days or 1000 miles from the time of purchase, whichever comes first. After the 30 day period there is no warranty what so ever on the vehicle and the buyer is responsible for any and all repair costs at that point. Black Market Bikez LLC. is not to be held responsible for repairing any damage caused by the purchaser or any other user of the motorcycle during the warranty period through misuse, neglect, or negligence. The repair work is to be performed by Black Market Bikez LLC. and will not be covered if performed by any other shop. Buyer must immediately contact us if they have an issue to arrange an appointment for diagnosis and repair. The warranty DOES NOT COVER TRANSPORTATION COSTS OR TOWING TO OR FROM THE DEALERSHIP. This is probably one of the most comprehensive and in depth pre-owned checklists in the industry and even exceeds most of the manufacturers pre-delivery and set up inspection checklists. To be assured your new ride has in fact been checked over we mark every fastener and component which we check the torque on with a very small dot of washable paint marker and will provide a copy of the completed checklist for your vehicle at purchase.A copy of the checklist can be downloaded from the home page of our dealerships website at www.blackmarketbikez.com. Payment: A non-refundable deposit of $250.00 is due within 48 hours of the auctions end. The only accepted forms of payment are cash in person and wire transfer. No personal checks, bank checks, credit cards or paypal are accepted for the full payment of the total price of the vehicle. Title: Any vehicle listed for sale from our dealership will come with a clean & clear title free of any liens, brands, and with actual mileage unless otherwise specifically stated in the listing. Any customer that is a resident of the state of Pennsylvania will have to complete the title transfer process at our dealership at the time of sale and will owe 6% sales tax on the vehicle sale price, $50.00 for the title fee, $49.95 processing fee, and $18.00 for registration if a tag is required. We specialize in Japanese and European sportbikes and we know the models we sell inside and out. Being a smaller shop we are able to keep operating and overhead costs lower than that of many of the larger dealerships and can pass that savings on to the customer. We are also able to do business with our customers on a much more personal level and we personally do our 95 point safety inspections on each bike that we sell.
