Check out this super clean 2014 Honda CB 1100 , this bike only has 530 miles on it and looks like new . With its exposed , air-cooled engine , steel chassis , minimal bodywork and standard riding position , the CB 1100 pays homage to the classics of motorcycling . Especially their own groundbreaking 1969 CB 750 , but twist the throttle , get on the brakes or flick it into a corner and you will discover that the CB 1100 is also a totally modern machine , with great handling and plenty of power .That's the Honda way , combining innovation and performance with style and function . The CB is powered by an 1142 cc fuel-injected , air-cooled inline 4-cylinder engine with a 6-speed transmission . A nice improvement over the original 2013 CB 1100's 5-speed . It is extremely smooth , with very linear power , perfect for the street . Whether you are cruising around solo or two-up , the CB 1100 has plenty of performance for hitting the highway or leisurely cruising the country back roads . This modern classic does take its styling cues and riding position from that iconic CB 750 . The bike has an upright seating position , comfortable handlebar reach , mid-control footpegs , and a traditional one-piece saddle that you can move around on during a nice , long comfortable ride . The CB has adjustable front and rear suspension to enhance the ride . Put it up on the centerstand to set your suspension , adjust and lube your chain , check tire pressure , it even comes in handy when it's time to clean the bike , and filling up your 4.6 gallon fuel . The CB has great brakes too , triple discs mounted on blacked-out retro ComStar-styled 18-inch wheels , shod with Bridgestone Battlax radial tires . This CB 1100 has a classic loking 4-into-1 Arrow Exhaust on it , and it sounds incredible . Just like an inline Four is supposed to sound , mellow in the low rpm's but a nice bark on the big end . It also has a color-matched , old school quarter-fairing , that fits this bikes style perfectly . If you have always wanted a older cafe racer , or a retro-classic but want to ride it and don't want the upkeep , then maybe this CB 1100 is for you . No time machine required here .
