Gently used 1981 CB650 custom. Runs beautifully. Everything is stock. Chrome in good shape with slight patina. Paint has a few scratches, but no rust. Comstar wheels. No oil leaks. Forks recently rebuilt, carbs not too long ago. Chain relatively new. Tires have tread still left on them. Service record available. 24471 miles. Clear title, ready to ride. See pics. Youtube video of bike running: https://youtu.be/hKNnOVIZB8YThis is a great bike. I hate to part with it, but prefer the standard, non-custom style bike. ***Local Pickup Only***

One of a kinda CB 1000 custom. Has completely been rebuilt from bottom to top. All guages function properly, that includes speedometer and tach. Also has been converted to bigger cylinders cb1100f and bored out up to 1123cc with wiseco racing pistons that are drop forged(can run higher octane) I only run non ethonal gas in this bike due to carbs having rubber seals. Carbs have been completely redone and like new again(the carbs have Allen bolts instead of Phillips head screws on the carbs they have been all replaced for easier access). Crank shaft was sent off and checked. New bearings and new connecting rod bearings done as well. All new rubber seals done internally. Also new head studs nuts and bolts in top half and connecting rod bolts and nuts also. I got the last on the shelf. Compression is at about 10 and 3 quarter. Stock the bike came at 9 to 1 compression. I stayed with stock carbs for reliably 32mm keheins. Has high and low range also. Only made one year Motorcycle. Has also new swing arm bearings. Did not replace the neck bearings. Horn blinkers high and low beam headlight and tail light all work brakes good tires good. Exhaust is 4 into 1 mac pipes with a custom baffle(sounds awesome). Also carbs have k&n filters so you can reuse them. The head is not a 1000 it is a 1100f with 1100f cams for more power. All new valves and seals and Springs. Also has been ported and polished(opened up) gas mileage is around 45mpg but have to stay out of throttle and only pay $86 a hole year on insurance. If you want to see motorcycle, got to youtube to watch video " Biker Mikes cb 1000C converted". No warranties and Motorcycle is sold as is only have bill of sale. Only about 3600 miles put on this bike since engine was rebuilt since last summer so it's past the break in period. Which means it is completely rebuilt. Valve adjustment has already been done. Will not sell any lower in price. I am firm on price. I have over $11,000 in the motorcycle. The forks are Trac forks that are adjustable. The fork seals have already been replaced. The suspension is stock air shocks for smooth ride and comes with king and queen seat for long rides. Also has a trickle charger hook up located under the k&n filters. Charger comes with Motorcycle. Oil has already been changed. Last but not least Shipping depends on location. Will NOT ship outside of the U.S.A. Once purchased, and money is transferred and recieved. Motorcycle will be shipped within 14 days. It will take time to schedule shipping and pickup to ship. Make sure to contact me through Ebay. Will give a tracking number for shipping, and the shipper info.

Selling my 1983 Honda CB1000 Custom. The bike is rare since it was a one-year only model, and succeeded the 1980-1982 CB900 Customs. The CB1000 Custom was mainly an engine upgrade over the CB900 Customs, increasing the displacement and horsepower from 902 cc and 84 hp to 973 cc and 89 hp. I've owned it for over a year now, and it has performed flawlessly. I've owned other CB1000 Customs before, and this was the best I've owned. Great power, handles really well, and well sorted out. Comes with dual-range transmission--unique to CB900 Customs and CB1000 Customs. Reduces RPM by about 1,000, so RPMs when going 70 mph drop from 5,000 to 4,000. Bike includes the complete Vetter touring package, but I have all original parts as well--headlight, turn signals, horns, etc. This Vetter fairing also includes the rare "horn option"--which means it includes twin Fiamm horns installed in the fairing body cavity. These horns are as loud as car horns. Relatively new Dunlop D404's, saddle has been reupholstered with real leather, new petcock, throttle, tach, and speedo cables, 1-yr. old Yuasa battery, Throttlemeister cruise control, original & complete tool set with pouch, Clymer repair manual, bike cover, and relatively new Hondaline highway crash bars. The bike is a California-only bike, so zero rust. Mileage may increase slightly since I'm still riding the bike periodically. No disappointments.

This is a mint condition Honda CB 750 Custom with 6194 original miles on it. There are a couple of minor scratches on the gas tank. There are no other defects whatsoever. The seat is perfect. The sissy bar pad is perfect. It runs perfectly. It has brand new tires on it. It has a brand new battery. There is no rust whatsoever on the pipes which is very unusual. It starts after just touching the start button. It has Super bright LED tail light bulbs inside the original housing. I'm selling it because I ride a CR 500 2 stroke dirt bike and It is a monster to ride in the winter. I want to get a fuel injected 450 4 stroke for winter riding as well. I already have another street bike (Yamaha R6). I hate to see it go because its almost impossible to find a bike of this age in this condition with such low miles but I need the money for a fuel injected 450 dirt bike.

This posting is for a beautiful Honda Motorcycle. It's a CB 900 Custom. These were built 1980-1982 and are an awesome shaft driven machine. This one has been well maintained with no major rust or damage. It has about 23,000 original miles. It comes with a full fairing with storage, highway pegs, backrest and trunk. I will include two Bell helmets (XXL & M). They are both barely worn and in like new condition. I will also include a battery trickle charger, two fairing speakers and an amplifier. I was going to install the stereo so I could hook up my iPod, but just never had the time. This is the perfect bike to enjoy the warm, sunny days ahead! This bike has a clean title. The oil and tires are good. The only thing might need to be done is a new starter. Once it's warm, it starts great, just takes a bit of coaxing when it's cold. (what bike doesn't) Other than that, it's been garage kept, winterized and rode each summer. I am starting the bid at $1250. If you would like to talk about price, e-mail me. I will consider offers. I would prefer cash at pick-up, but will take PayPal.This listing is for pick-up only! The Honda is in Edison Park, Chicago. I have a friend who is showing it for me. So please, serious enquiries only. E-mail me if you have any questions before scheduling a time to look at it. If you would like a little more information about this bike check out this website: http://www.motorcyclespecs.co.za/model/honda/honda_cb900c%2082.htm

I also have these bikes listed on Craigslist. So if they sell there first this ad will be taken down. I bought these bikes in January hoping to finish the project before I moved to Chicago. I ran out of time as I leave in 3 and a half weeks so I am posting here to get rid of them. I would estimate that the one bike is about 70% of the way completed but that is just an estimate. The red bike that I was working on is an 1982 and the other bike which was my parts bike is a 1981. Both are nearly identical and Honda Customs. Comes with one intact motor and the other bike has a complete motor, but has been disassembled for parts. Both bikes have clear titles so are legal to ride if you get them up and going. Make me an offer, I just need them gone. There are no returns both are consider parts bikes as neither are fully assembled. Local pick up only. Continue my project or disassemble everything and part it out, well over a $1000 worth of parts. I just need to get rid of it before the move. Also comes with shop manual if you want to continue where I left off. Does not come with aftermarket handlebars in the picture. I have taken them off and mounted them to my cb360 cafe racer. If you would like more pictures message me and I can email them to you or arrange a viewing if you live close by. I reserve the right to end this listing at anytime depending on if it sells on Craigslist.
