1983 CB1100F Super Bike Up for auction is a 1983 Honda CB1100F Super Sport Super Bike. This 1100F has been restored/rebuilt with several OEM, NOS Honda parts. Motorcycle was disassembled, frame painted, tank replaced with NOS, NOS Fuel Cap and retention strap, front fender, front fairing and fuse cover ALL replaced with NOS, rear seat/fender extension replaced with NOS. NOS odometer/speedometer cluster, Side covers, seat and some other parts are used but in very good condition for 32 year old parts. Rebuilt/reassembled engine performed by Speed Limit (Chicago). Lots of NOS parts used in the engine rebuild...nuts and bolts, etc. NEW Avon tires, NEW Yoshimura 4 into 1 pipe (OEM Exhaust Pipes included with the sale), NEW front and rear brake rotors and front and rear brake pads, NEW front fork seals, NEW wheel bearings, NEW chain, NEW Mighty Max battery, NEW case guards, Carbs rebuilt and jetted, complete tune up, Spectro oil and filter, ALL calipers rebuilt, tires mounted and balanced. A lot of the repairs/rebuilding/parts replaced performed at Honda recently with a $2100 repair bill. This bike is very clean with 271 miles on the odometer. That is the mileage since the bike was redone. Always stored in climate controlled garage. Includes bike cover, Honda tool kit (on motorcycle), Repair manuals, Restoration decal kit, Magazine articles. Not ridden much for the past 5 years. Runs great but a little rich with choke on, plus has old gas in it mixed with new gas. Rides great. Center stand and OEM exhaust included. I encourage anyone interested in the bike to have it inspected, or inspect the bike personally, prior to bidding. I will do my best to answer any questions. Shipping is the responsibility of the new owner. I will not crate the bike, however I will help the shipper in any way I can. Bike can also be picked up. Bike will NOT leave my premises until ALL funds have cleared. Illinois title is clear and in my name. All sales are FINAL.
