This bike was designed looking to reward its riders with a commanding riding position and a huge amount of raw power, the 2004 Harley Davidson V-Rod is a real masterpiece of design and technology. At the core of the V-Rod sits the company’s legendary liquid-cooled, revolution, 60° V Twin engine which puts out a peak horsepower of 115 at 8,500 rpm and has a redline of 9,000 rpm. The Revolution engine is an extremely durable motorcycle engine. It survived the most brutal and aggressive durability test in the industry: the Dusseldorf Test. Simulating a grueling trip along Germany’s notorious Autobahn, the engine endured a wide range of performance tests. From idle sitting to city speeds, and from wide-open throttle to mountain climbing, the Revolution engine surpassed the goal of 500 hours of non-stop punishing performance. Confidence is critical when you’re performance riding. That’s why Harley designed the V-Rod model’s control placement for comfortable access that doesn’t compromise its aggressive stance. The handlebars and rider foot pegs are placed so you ride low and mean, but with the controls close and comfortably in reach. Settle in and experience the confident connection you get from the deep rider bucket. It was designed to hold you close, low (26 inches) and in control, even when you throttle up fast. Of course it does come with a clean title. Condition: This bike is in great condition. It has 14,506 original miles and runs like the day it was new. The engine is perfect and fires immediately. It revs perfectly and runs great with no misses, noises, leaks, or smoke. There may be a light scratch in a place or two, but this is a used machine and you should expect a couple being so. There are a couple of small scratches on the top of the gas tank and the top side of the belt guard has some pitting in the chrome. These spots are purely cosmetic and in no way affect any function of this bike. We have even provided pictures below to show you exactly what these areas look like. Overall, this is still a nice bike that is ready to ride right out the doors and needs absolutely nothing. Someone is going to get a nice machine for a great price. As for transaction details, We are MLS Powersports, located in Georgetown, Kentucky (40324). We are right off Interstate 75, 15 miles North of Lexington KY and 75 South of Cincinnati, OH. Our preference is that you pick this machine up with cash in person, but we will also accept a certified check or bank to bank wire transfer. It MUST be paid for (not necessarily picked up) within 7 days of the auctions close. We are willing to ship it but you must make the arrangements. If you pick this motorcycle up in person we are required to collect sales tax from residents of the following states: Michigan, Indiana, California, Arizona, Florida, Massachusetts, South Carolina and Washington. If you have it delivered to you, anywhere outside of Kentucky, you do not have to pay Kentucky sales tax but may still have to pay sales tax in your home state. If it ships, it must be paid in full first. This machine comes with a clean title that is ready to transfer. It will also come with a bill of sale and proof of being lien free. However, it is very expensive to have an ATV shipped from door to door due to customs broker fees. If you pick it up yourself or have it shipped to a border town and do your own border crossing you will save thousands vs buying in Canada. We also have a shipper we can direct you to who has many warehouses along the border where it can be shipped to and stored until you pick it up.
