Up for auction is a 2001 Harley Davidson FLTRSEI2 Screamin Eagle CVO Road Glide fully loaded touring motorcycle. I am the second owner; the motorcycle was purchased in May 2006 with 1,486 miles. Harley Davidson built a total of 1,695 units in 2001 with 758 units in the best color combination, Vivid Black, Platinum Silver, and Charcoal Satin Bright with Screamin Eagle graphics. This bike has never been in an accident and I will state that in writing upon request. The reason for low mileage is I had two other Harleys, FXSTS and a XR-1000. The FLTRSEI2 sat in my garage and has never seen rain. Many of the changes were nothing more than my own personal taste. The front fender was a Fatboy conversion. The fender is brand new and the rivets on the fender were smooth out prior to painting. The instrument panel was also removed and painted vivid black. I did upgrade to Hawg Wired SX radio speakers at that time. I also had some chrome work done on a few parts and other parts that had the plating peeling off. Harley had a time back in the late 90's with chrome peeling. My 96 FXSTS did it and so did this bike. My local Harley dealership in New Hampshire and Harley Davidson Co. would not take a corrective action. Their lame excuse was out of warranty! I have the Owner’s manuals, Service manuals and Parts catalogs along with a Screamin Eagle Race catalog I used when the engine was upgraded. I also have a five-part Legal Division folder with all the original sales paperwork, sales receipts and miscellaneous information for all the upgrades and modifications completed to date.This bike also comes with the Tour Pack with the operating CD changer and lower fairings. The original Screamin Eagle Bike Cover in case, Quick Disconnect Passenger Back Rest which fits where the Tour Pack resides.My biggest complaint about my 2001 Harley was their first year fuel injection by M&M. Magneti Marelli, Scuderia Ferrari which actually started me on all these upgrades. This was Harley first year at F.I. and most of these bikes would not run correctly. I chose to remove all the fuel injection components and replace them with all of Harley's carburetion parts electrical harness and brackets. I chose a 42mm Mikuni carb. The bike is quick and absolutely runs perfect. New Metzeler, ME 880 Marathon tires were installed at that time. The upgrades were done by a Certified Harley Technician at Drews Cycles, Salisbury MA.
