For sale is my 2008 Harley Davidson Street Glide (FLHX). I purchased it on Ebay and was told it had a bill of sale through the WI Department of Transportation. I wasn't informed that it was a Rebuilt Motorcycle Bill of Sale. So given that I cannot license in the State of Iowa.It was street legal when I bought it but added a few things to make it road worthy and to match all the gauges etc. Those things that were replaced include:Tachometer - not workingRight hand throttle assembly - Controls weren't workingWater temp gauge - not workingOil pressure gauge - not workingAir temp gauge - didn't match other gaugesVoltmeter gauge - didn't match other gaugesNew windshield - crackedMy loss is your gain. Several states allow rebuilt titles to be re-licensed, Iowa isn't one of them. Please check state laws before purchasing.
