Bike is in Effingham Illinois This bike was built by a professional builder in Indianapolis and gathers a crowd where ever its parked. It's a theme bike named "Heaven's Warrior" which is written on the tank in Old school Harley Script and has a custom designed warrior on fender with the eyes and mouth being the brake lights.
