72 FXE SuperGlide Boattail about 5000 were ever sold. Just finished restoring it with original parts, almost new everything. Runs like new looks better. Will only trade for Side By Side 4x4 ATV.

Thinking about selling my 1971 FXE or restore it. They made less than 4800 of these FXE Boat-tails and of these Black was not easy to find. A TRUE 1971 BLACK FX only two owners its while life and has only 11,000 miles!!! Bike is very correct with some mild updates done over the years to make the bike more user friendly. bike is original paint but the tanks have been either cleared, or painted and cleared, everything else is original factory electric start was installed a long time ago and works perfect some extra chrome here and there and otherwise its really a straight and un -molested machine a couple thousand miles ago the top end was rebuilt and it runs like new does not leak and has a nice quiet engine the original exhaust is beautiful and the 51B muffler is in excellent condition as well all the decals and stickers are present and original very straight and awesome running bike definitely a collectors item and the black 71s are VERY rare, you'll see 5 whites before you see a black, bike has a clear title and is ready to go! I have some decals and parts I purchased that I will throw in. Looking to sell fast or trade for side by side ATV. If I dont get my trade or price i will keep it so no need to try to low ball.
