This 1997 HARLEY-DAVIDSON SPRINGER SOFTAIL FXSTS is truly a one of a kind. American made in York Pennsylvania, it only has 2300 MILES. The checkered flag paint is a work of art done by Gary Queen of Other Side Customs in Dallas Texas. Every piece has been chromed and the iconic springer forks set it apart. Front blinkers are in the rear view mirrors and the tail lights in the rear tire mount. The saddle seat, J&B performance brakes, and exhaust system are all custom upgrades. The steel exhaust pipes were oil treated so when they blued from heat they complemented the paint job. The explosive 1340 CC EVOLUTION MOTOR puts this hog in the heavyweight class.

But don’t be mistaken, this is no ancient architecture. On the road, the leading-link suspension of the Softail® Springer Classic provides a premium ride. Moving back, you’ll find a beach-style handlebar, wide floorboards, detachable passenger pillion, crossover exhaust and tombstone taillight. A metal strip with emblem around the tank and a classic patent badge on the oil tank hold the eyes captive. But roll the throttle to the Twin Cam 88B powerplant and suddenly your eyes and the rest of you are set totally free. You need not be a traditionalist to smile about that. I with a chrome shock and springs. It's a tough, retro look that's pure Panhead. The seat features embossed nameplates and a separate extra wide passenger pillion that can be removed.
