Up for sale is my custom 2004 harley davidson sportster 883. I bought the bike two months ago from a good friend and did a ton of work to it to make it how it is today. The bike has a fresh paint job that I personal did about a month ago and was sprayed with spies hecker german automotive paint. I also welded shut the old tail lamp hole on the rear fender and relocated the taillight to the side of the bike with a cool model A style light. The bike also has a new seat and I put a brand new Duracell battery with a two year warranty (still have receipt) I've also changed out the old spark plugs and did a oil and filter change and new air filter on the bike. I also fixed some bad wiring that the previous owner attempted to do and the bike also has a vance and hines exhaust. It also has new wheels and good condition tires and the rear tire has handmade spacers done by a friend who does machining. I also replaced the throttle cable, put brand new iron 883 handlebars (I have T bars and they are included with sale) and new sportster 48 under bar mirrors (all purchased from harley fort worth and I also have the original chrome mirrors) I also painted the battery and oil covers, crash bars, belt cover, and turn signals black (I do not have any of the old parts not listed). The only thing I never got around to fixing was the brake light switch (The brake light stays on all the time), The switch needs to be replaced its only 15-20 bucks for a new switch online and takes 30 minutes to replace but I never got around to it. Other than that, this bike needs nothing but someone to ride it. I put a ton of time into this bike and I love it to death it has 35,555 miles but still sounds mean and rides smooth, starts up right away and its a great bike. I'm selling it because I want to get a sportster 48 I love the peanut tank and fat tires on that bike and I don't need two bike so I'll have to let this one go to get the other one unfortunately. Asking 5200 price is negotiable, Text or call. Clean title in hand and please bring 130-U form for me to sign my printer just crapped out. No trades please and test rides are available but only with cash in my hand and with me following on my fathers motorcycle.

Great starter bike for anyone getting into the HD world. Taken good care of - maintenance kept up, garage kept most of the time, owner was fair weather rider :) . Runs good, and quick when ya want it to. Custom mirrors, saddle bags, screaming eagle pipes (great for other traffic hearing you), headlight and heated grips. Anything else feel free to ask. Some minor scratches on the tank due to jacket (bra would cover just fine) and minor dent on oil pan (was there when I bought it), hardly notice it. Included pics of both so you can decide.
